Adem has 10 years experience in dynamic modeling. Most recently, he helped a major multinational electronics corporation simulate the carbon footprint of their products. Prior to joining Ventana, Adem co-developed the En-ROADS Climate Solutions Simulator and built other system dynamic models to help decision makers better understand inter-dependencies in complex public policy challenges–including climate change, urban development, and coastal water quality degradation. Earlier in his career, Adem worked as an engineer and architect in IBM’s Software Group.
